New to Nia?  This is for YOU!  We will break down the 52 Moves that make up the practice of Nia:

Focus on the base, the core, and the upper extremities with each class building on the next. You can still expect to get a fun, cardio workout with the emphasis on proper alignment of bones, joints and muscles that are conditioned in the body through the Nia technique.

We recommend you take the entire 3 week series so you will get MORE out of your regular Nia classes, feel more comfortable, and most of all have fun!
