Kundalini Yoga, the “Yoga of Awareness!” In a typical class you will do some breath work (Pranayam) a yoga set (Kriya) and a meditation. Because there are hundreds of different yoga sets and meditations, each class will be entirely different! Forget all you know about other forms of yoga when you experience Kundalini Yoga for the first time. Kundalini Yoga is FUN, and powerful to experience in a group–and every set is for ALL LEVELS.
